Description
This illusion plans PDF package details two original illusions that utilize giant industrial fans that stand over 8ft tall. Both feature original methods and do not look like any other fan illusion currently on the market.
- Revollusion (from Urban Illusions)
- Wind Passage (from Urban Illusions)
Revollusion is a departure from the more common ‘walking through fan’ illusion and Wind Passage is a more traditional fan penetration-type illusion but with a brand new method.
Both illusions require two assistants and can be performed with audiences on 3 sides.
Revollusion
Curtains are drawn open to reveal giant industrial exhaust box fan on stage. After a spectator examines the fan from all sides, the illusion commences proper. The fan is revolved around so that the audience sees all sides. The fan is started up and its blades revolve menacingly as it picks up pace.
Two assistants bring out a front cover and slot it in front of the fan. The front cover does not cover the entire front of the fan so the audience can still the moving fan behind either side of the cover. There is a center cutout in the front cover so the audience can see the moving fan through the cutout.
A cloth cover is dropped in front of the center cutout and almost instantly, a pair of hands dramatically burst out through slits in the cloth cover. Arms continue to extend out fully and rip away the cloth cover to reveal the illusionist having made an incredible magically appearance from the centre of the fan.

Wind Passage
A massive industrial exhaust box fan assembly is displayed on stage. The fan is turned on creating a spectacular visual display.
A screen (front cover) is displayed and slot into the side of the exhaust box fan housing so that it covers slightly more than half of the entire front of the fan. The audience can still see the remaining half of the fan spinning.
The illusionist steps behind the fan and is positioned such that the audience can see the left half of his body behind the fan. The screen covers the right half of his body. The illusionist rotates his right hand into view of the audience and then rotates it back. Suddenly, his right hand is seen bursting through a vertical slit in the screen. The audience still sees the left side of his body behind the fan.
The illusionist then moves to his right behind the screen and emerges through the screen completely, having passed through the giant fan. The screen is removed to show the entire fan still spinning!
