Description

This illusion plans pdf package details two original designs for a unique penetration illusion through glass bottles. Both feature original methods & props that have never been seen before.

Both illusions are unique penetration illusions and require only one assistant for ideal execution but can technically be performed solo. Both can be performed with audiences on 3 sides.

A Walk Through The Winery

The illusionist shows a wine display cabinet, complete with wineglass rack and bar towel. It is affixed with three shelves that house a dozen bottles of wine of different variety. The cabinet has no front and back so that the audience has a clear view through it.

A spectator is given a choice of one of the wines. The illusionist takes the selected bottle and proceeds to pour himself a glass of wine. As the wine is being poured, the illusionist releases the glass and it remains floating in mid-air. The bottle is replaced in the cabinet and the glass is placed away.

A front cover constructed from a paper-covered wooden frame is placed over the front of the cabinet. The illusionist walks behind the cabinet and promptly thrusts his hand through the cabinet of wine bottles, dramatically breaking through the paper front.

Next, he proceeds to pass his body completely through the cabinet, shelves and wine bottles. The moment he exits the cabinet, the frame is pulled away to reveal the cabinet to be in pristine order, without a single bottle out of place!

Slicing Through

The illusionist displays a glass beer bottle, and allows a spectator to examine it. The glass bottle is placed into a paper bag and then into a plastic bag for safety. The spectator is handed a hammer and is asked to break the bottle through the bags.

The illusionist carefully removes the broken bottle and calls attention to a thin cabinet on stage, its contents covered by a front cover. He takes the broken bottle and inserts it through a hole in the side of the cabinet. He removes the front panel to reveal a dozen broken bottles lined up vertically in the cabinet. The sharp broken ends point inwards and the necks of the bottle are secured in holes in the sides of the cabinet.

The illusionist steps behind the cabinet and extends his arm carefully through the center of the cabinet, between the rows of broken bottles. An assistant brings out a cloth cover and hands it to the illusionist’s outstretched hand. He keeps it low enough so that the audience can still clearly see him through the cabinet and broken bottles. Slowly, he raises the cloth and immediately lowers it, revealing he has passed through the cabinet and broken bottles.
